STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

  • Store in a dry place at room temperature.
  • Once the package is opened make sure to keep it sealed to prevent moisture and to prolong shelf life.
  • Shelf life duration 2 years from date of fabrication.

CURCUMIN LEMON CURD

For the Crust:

  • 100g oat flour
  • 70g dates
  • 60g hazelnut butter
  • Blend all the ingredients and press dough firmly into the tart.

For the Filling:

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice – you can also add natural lemon flavor for extra lemon taste 😉
  • 2 or 3 tbsp xylitol
  • 1 tsp agar
  • 1/4 tsp curcumin powder for great yellow color.

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk until combined. Bring to boil, stirring constantly then simmer for 1-2 minutes. Pour the mixture into the tart and allow to cool. Then transfer to the fridge and cool a few hours.
  • Serve with strawberries and lemon.
