BUTTERFLY PEA JARS (CHIA PUDDING)

Chia pudding ingredients (2 jars):

  •  50g chia seeds- 300ml plant-based milk
  •  50g coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup.

Nice cream ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 50g coconut yogurt
  • 50ml plant-based milk
  • 2 tbsp Butterfly Pea Powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Recipe method:

  • Combine all the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl and pour into the cups you will use. Then leave them to set for 5-10 minutes in the fridge.
  • For the nice cream, combine Butterfly Pea Powder, plant-based milk, and agave syrup in a jug.
  • Blend the frozen bananas and coconut yogurt. Add the milk and powder combination and then blend until smooth. Once well blended, add this to the chia pudding and serve.
