STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

  • Store in a ambient below 10C.
  • Once the package is opened make sure to keep it sealed to prevent moisture and to prolong shelf life.
  • Shelf life duration 2 years from date of fabrication.

OMBRE PITAYA YOGHURT & NICECREAM

Recipe:

  • Plant Yoghurt 250ml
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • Dark Chocolate

Method:

  • Melt the dark chocolate and layer around the jar.
  • Separate in 3 different bowls the yoghurt and add 1 tsp of “The Organic Labs Pink Pitaya” powder on the first half , 0.5 tsp on the second half and none on the third half.
  • Add slowly the first layer then second then third

For the Nice cream:

  • Blend the 2 frozen bananas with 1 tbsp of the Organic Pink¨Pitaya powder , add into a baking pipe for finishing.
