Wheat straws are made entirely from natural wheat stems, making them fully biodegradable. Workers collect the stems based on their size: length and diameter, sorting them accordingly. The outer husk of the stems is then peeled off and sent for the first wash.

In this stage, the stems are cleaned with fresh water and left to dry naturally. When the stems reach about 30% moisture, they are sent to the special cutting machine. After cutting, the wheat stems are collected according to the buyer’s requirements. The stems then go for a second wash, where boiled, filtered water is used.

Finally, the wheat straws are dried in a dryer, and once fully dried, they are placed in a cupboard for sterilization, where ozone is used for this process. It is essential for staff to wear gloves during the measuring process after sterilization.

The bundles are placed in boxes, which are stored in a cool and dry place. During the packaging process, a final quality check is performed, and the straws are placed in the box, one by one per bundle.
